This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which ZEROFLUX LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand MarketSuite.io, handles refund, return, and cancellation scenarios. By purchasing our services or digital products, you agree to these terms in full.
As of the date above, we do not sell or ship physical goods. Therefore, this policy does not address physical product returns or shipping matters.
All sales of digital products, including courses, templates, and automations, are final and non-refundable. This is due to the inherent nature of digital goods—once access is granted, content can be viewed, duplicated, downloaded, or screen-recorded.
We provide snippet previews and structural outlines to allow potential customers to understand the style, depth, and tone of the product before purchasing. This eliminates the need to request refunds after consumption.
All service fees—including one-time projects, recurring subscriptions, marketing deliverables, and consultation appointments—are non-refundable once paid. Monies collected are deemed earned upon transaction and not held in escrow.
If an appointment is canceled with more than 24 hours' notice (verified via system logs, chatbot response, or support email), the payment is not refunded but credited to the client's account for up to 365 days. After that period, unused credits are forfeited.
We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstance. Services and IP-based deliverables are consumed in-whole or not at all. If a payment is made in error (and no benefit or access was delivered), we may—at our sole discretion—consider refunding within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Any approved refunds are processed only back to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds to alternate accounts or payment vehicles. Processing typically occurs within 5–7 business days of approval.
We reserve the right to challenge all chargebacks and fraudulent claims. Customers initiating unwarranted chargebacks may be permanently blacklisted and/or denied future service. Our default position is no refunds via chargeback unless sufficient, legally compelling evidence is presented by the cardholder.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We do not tailor our communications to suit sensitive audiences and are unapologetically direct in tone. If that offends you, please do not engage our services.
